Function: automatic forward/backward rotation, one way rotation, and commutation rotation may all be programmed to operate; high accuracy in reaching starting speed; no skidding at magnetic brake stop.
Material: steel gear and precision machining for knurling inside of inner and outer holes of step pulleys; gear damage test tolerance 150kg with no cracks or skidding.
Magnet: high-precision magnets from Japan with anti-aging and high-temperature resistance treatment to keep the magnet materials stable and magnetic force semi-permanent.
Certifications: Voltage tolerance 2500V/sec by CE standards. Motors certifications of CE/ UL/ RoHS.
Speed: 1RPM 1~200RPM integral ratios
1. Magnetic induction control: induction without contact point; it is not affected by humidity or severe weathers and environments like humidity, snow, and dust and sand.
2. Main body structure: integrally formed by plastic injection embedded with copper and tapping to prevent dislocation, wear, and deformation.
3. Transmission structure: comprises two sets of needle roller bearings, ball bearings, and counterweight sleeves control structure to prevent wear, operate smoothly, and reduce tearing.
