HT-91、HT-81、HT-71

Ø      HT-71 Indoor Scanner： HT-71 auto-pans perennially, thus we use #6007 motor which has low     current, low temperature raise, and low wearing-out rate. With smooth circular movement, HT-71 provides fixed cameras a 355° wide horizontal viewing range.
Ø     HT-81 Indoor Pan/Tilt： As P/T needs to tilt up & down occasionally, it is equipped with motor #4208, which has torsion force 75kgf-cm. The tilt is perfectly held at 45° degree angle.
Ø   HT-91 Outdoor Pan/Tilt The most advanced & strong PC industrial gum, irreplaceable by metal water-proof, fire-proof, UV-proof, non conductive, with forever elegance into the state of secured life.

Value adding switches

Ø       Micro Switch：

Chang An adopts snap micro switch, which has high sensitivity and accurate repeatability, slightly touched by the stop pins, the pan/tilt (scanner) units will change the rotation direction immediately. With CHANG AN's special construction design, every pan/tilt or scanner unit needs only one micro switch thus the change in directions is smooth and stable.

Magnetic switch is touch-free semi-permanent product.

As it is magnetic field sensor, it is not like photo sensor or electric switch which are easily affected by the environment. Magnet switch will not be affected by humid, snowy, dusty, or severe weather/environment.

Because of the nature difference between outdoor and indoor pan/tilt, we at Chang An innovates this HT-91 Outdoor pan/tilt which has completely different wiring system, PCB program, positioning switch from those of traditional ones.

We have a wide spectrum of consideration that not just environmental but also the effective usage, installation complexity minimization and inner construction.

For installation complexity minimization, we separate the power lines and control lines so the pan/tilt can obtain local power, thus to cut down the cost on wiring and cable. Moreover, Chang An reduced the control lines from 4 wires to 2 wires, which includes P/T directions (up/down/left/right) and camera lens (zoom/Iris/focus) functions.
