5. Gears refining process

Motor gears are made of medium carbon steel; all toothed on both outer rim and inner rim.

Following is the illustration of refining work of motor gears.

7. Motor Specification

#6007	is specially designed to extend the serving life of motor. With low current, low temperature raise and low noise, its wearing-out rate is low.
#4807	is standard motor. Widely used in home electrical appliance industries. For 24-hour continuous use.
#4208	Is for industries in intermittent machine with needs of strong torsion force. (high temperature raise). It is a blessing to automation industry. This motor is suitable for intermittent machine within 24 hours limit. Excessive hours of use would not cause hazard.

A. As 110V wire has wider area (longer diameter) than 220V wire. It has longer serving life, better in pressure resistance, & stronger torque than 220V wire does.

B. 110V wire can induce greater force at the instant of connecting to 220V. This is suitable for switch use.

C. UL & CE approval.

D. Please refer to motor destroying test shown below. We have a 3-RPM 110V motor here, connecting to 220V voltage. 41kgs * 2 = 82 kgs torque.

15. Capacitor Motor

Chang An Motor factory was established since 1974. In 1979, Mr. Chang misplaced the capacitor in the circuit, however, surprisingly he invented a way to reduce and stabilize the voltage in the circuit by using the capacitors. By using 110V wires for both 110V and 220V motor usage, we overcome the problems of 220V wires. 110V wires provide stronger torque force, better heat and humidity resistance, and longer serving life (10 years at least). It is safer than using 220V wire.

After years experiment, he applied for UL and CE safety approval, also international patent.
