Industrial application of Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) is commonly employed when constant line voltage is crucial.

About 90% of AVR manufacturers install Chang An Synchronous Motors in their devices.  Along with the worldwide

acceptance of Taiwan’s AVRs, Chang An motors are found all over the world.

As the key to power the industry, automation industry in particular, phase synchronous motors present many outstanding

features: speed determined by power frequencies, independent of voltages; excellent response to starting / stopping /

reversing / stepping, CW/CCW switchable; no slip when stopping; external resistance causing no reverse rotation.

The precision and accuracy of synchronous phase control has contributed tremendously to various automation solutions.

A little reminiscence brings me back to the 1970’s.  Our production commenced in 1974 while in 1979, as luck would

have it, an accidental wrong wiring led to my discovery of capacitors serving as voltage transformers. However, the

application of such findings in motors has yet been well established by academic circles into textbooks. The then

“wrong” wiring that has become a standard practice delivers many benefits: enameled wire with a twice-bigger

diameter can be used, half temperature rise, higher torque, better resistance to high temperatures and humidity, and

longer service life (up to 10 years), and our products have been UL/CE certified and patented.  The research efforts

devoted into the development of our products would have matched those in academic institutes.

Starting from component machining to final assembly, we abide by the philosophy of “doing no harm to the world when

running a business” in all our practices. The computer-aided machines permit a tolerance of 0.01mm with a defect rate

lower than 1.5‰ in finished products.

Material used, component quality and gear train design are all to be considered when conducting price comparison.

In order for customers to have thorough understanding of our products, motor samples will be provided free of charge

for customers to test, evaluate and approve. Competitive prices will be offered for official orders.

In case more competitive price were found with motors of same features and quality, return of unused motors from the

last shipment will be accepted, and we will appreciate for such information.

CCTV Scanners:

Based on quality components from motors to transmission mechanism, Chang An CCTV scanners enjoy an established

reputation of top quality scanner units in the world.  Plastic body pieces are manufactured by injection molding with copper

inserts of threaded nuts while two sets of needle and ball bearings plus a swing-prevention sleeve reduce wear and tear,

provide against disengaging and deformation, and ensure smooth operation and durability.

Rotation mechanism tends to develop troubles.  With our strong technical knowledge of scanner products through years of

experience, we tackle and solve various problems with unique designs of mechanical structure and transmission mechanism

as well as quality material and state-of-the-art technology.  All aim for smooth operation and durability.
